In our Encounter Series with the help of caring facilitators, we walk through our faith journey thus far. Our thoughts, feelings, and experiences of spiritual community are explored, we consider God’s view of us and pay attention to the constraints that limit our emotional and spiritual growth. This series accelerates growth in our journey as disciples, deepens our relationship with Jesus, creating a safe and caring space for us to think about and deal with many of the obstacles we face along the way.
encounter 1 - life encounter
Life encounter is an opportunity to reflect on your faith experience with others. What is life about? Why Jesus? How do I find purpose? What is christianity all about? Come and grapple with us to find the hard answers to life.
encounter 2 - community
Home encounter is a time to look into what your thoughts, feelings and experiences are of spiritual community. How do you relate with the church and its people? What is expected of me to be “part” and why contribute?
encounter 3 - legacy
Heart encounter is where we explore personal questions like; How do you regard yourself? How may others experience you? What might be God's view of you? Is there possibly a particular image you meant to portray?
encounter 4 - liberty
Fullness encounter is where we think about the constraints which limit your emotional and spiritual growth; Can your boundaries be extended? If so, then how? You might be pleasantly surprised by what you discover.
